توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع المعلومات عند استخدام لعبة Triwilo، والخيارات المتاحة لك بشأن خصوصيتك.
1. المعلومات المحفوظة داخل اللعبة
تحفظ Triwilo البيانات التالية محليًا على جهازك لتشغيل اللعبة واستعادة تقدمك:
- الاسم المستعار الذي تختاره.
- الجولة الحالية، والنقاط، وأفضل نتيجة، وسجل الجولات.
- عدد مرات التراجع والمتابعة داخل الجولة.
- إعدادات اللغة والمظهر والصوت والاهتزاز.
لا تتطلب اللعبة إنشاء حساب أو تقديم اسمك الحقيقي أو رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني. ولا يرفع المطور الاسم المستعار أو نتائج اللعب إلى خادم خاص به، ولا توجد منافسة عالمية مفعّلة في الإصدار الحالي.
قد تشمل النسخ الاحتياطية التي يديرها نظام التشغيل بيانات اللعبة، بحسب إعدادات جهازك وحسابك.
2. التواصل مع المطور
إذا تواصلت معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني، نتلقى عنوان بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك وأي معلومات تختار إرسالها. نستخدم هذه المعلومات للرد عليك ومعالجة طلبك، ونحتفظ بها بالقدر اللازم لمتابعته أو الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية ذات الصلة.
3. الإعلانات وخدمات Google
يتضمن التطبيق مكتبة Google Mobile Ads لدعم إعلانات المكافأة. إعلانات المكافأة الإنتاجية غير مفعّلة في الإصدار 1.0.0 الذي تغطيه هذه السياسة.
عند تشغيل خدمات الإعلانات، قد تجمع Google وتعالج بيانات مثل عنوان IP، والموقع التقريبي المستنتج منه، ومعرّفات الجهاز أو الإعلانات، والتفاعل مع التطبيق والإعلانات، ومعلومات الأداء والتشخيص. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لتقديم الإعلانات وقياسها وتحليل الأداء ومنع الاحتيال، وفق إعدادات الخدمة وخيارات الخصوصية.

عند تفعيل الإعلانات، تُعرض خيارات الموافقة حيث يلزم، ويمكن مراجعة الخيارات المتاحة من إعدادات خصوصية الإعلانات داخل اللعبة أو إعدادات الجهاز. قد تعالج Google البيانات خارج بلد إقامتك وفق سياستها.
4. الأذونات
تستخدم اللعبة الاتصال بالإنترنت لدعم خدمات الإعلانات عند تفعيلها، والاهتزاز لتقديم استجابة أثناء اللعب إذا فعّلته.
لا تطلب اللعبة الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الموقع الدقيق أو صورك وملفاتك الشخصية.
5. مشاركة المعلومات
لا يبيع المطور بيانات تقدمك أو اسمك المستعار، ولا ينشرها للاعبين الآخرين في الإصدار الحالي.
قد تعالج خدمات الإعلانات المعلومات الموضحة أعلاه وفق سياساتها. وقد نكشف عن معلومات مراسلات الدعم إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب القانون.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
تبقى بيانات اللعب المحفوظة محليًا حتى تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تزيله، مع مراعاة النسخ الاحتياطية التي يديرها نظام التشغيل.
يمكنك تعديل اسمك المستعار من صفحة النتائج. ولحذف بيانات اللعبة على Android، استخدم إعدادات الجهاز ثم التطبيقات ثم Triwilo ثم التخزين ثم مسح البيانات. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف تقدمك وإعداداتك المحلية.
تُدار بيانات Google ومدة الاحتفاظ بها وطلبات حذفها وفق سياسة Google وخيارات حسابك وجهازك. ويمكنك مراسلتنا بشأن معلومات الدعم التي أرسلتها إلينا، أو لممارسة حقوق الخصوصية التي يتيحها القانون المطبق.
7. خصوصية الأطفال
لا تطلب اللعبة أسماء حقيقية أو بيانات اتصال من اللاعبين، بمن فيهم الأطفال. إذا كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك أرسل إلينا معلومات شخصية عبر مراسلات الدعم، فتواصل معنا لمراجعتها وحذفها عند الاقتضاء.
8. حماية المعلومات
نراعي تقليل البيانات المستخدمة إلى ما تحتاجه وظائف اللعبة. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل توفر حماية مطلقة. لا ترسل معلومات حساسة أو كلمات مرور ضمن اسمك المستعار أو رسائل الدعم.

Privacy Policy — Triwilo

This policy explains how information is handled when you use Triwilo and the choices available to you regarding your privacy.
1. Information Stored Within the Game
Triwilo stores the following information locally on your device to operate the game and restore your progress:
- Your chosen nickname.
- Your current round, score, personal best, and round history.
- Undo and continuation counts.
- Language, appearance, sound, and vibration preferences.
The game does not require an account, your real name, telephone number, or email address. The developer does not upload your nickname or game results to a developer-operated server. Global competition is not enabled in the current version.
Operating-system backups may include game data, depending on your device and account settings.
2. Contacting the Developer
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and handle your request. We retain it as necessary to follow up on the request or meet relevant legal obligations.
3. Advertising and Google Services
The app includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK to support rewarded advertising. Production rewarded ads are not enabled in version 1.0.0 covered by this policy.
When advertising services operate, Google may collect and process information such as your IP address and the approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and performance and diagnostic information. This information is used for advertising, measurement, performance analytics, and fraud prevention, subject to service settings and privacy choices.

When advertising is enabled, consent options are presented where required. Available choices may be reviewed through the game's advertising privacy settings or your device settings. Google may process information outside your country of residence under its privacy policy.
4. Permissions
The game uses internet connectivity to support advertising services when enabled, and vibration to provide gameplay feedback when you turn it on.
The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or personal photos and files.
5. Information Sharing
The developer does not sell your game progress or nickname or publish them to other players in the current version.
Advertising services may process the information described above under their own policies. We may disclose support correspondence when required by law.
6. Retention and Deletion
Locally stored game information remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to backups managed by your operating system.
You can edit your nickname on the Scores screen. To delete local game information on Android, open device Settings, select Apps, Triwilo, Storage, and Clear data. This deletes your local progress and preferences.
Google's data retention and deletion practices are governed by its policies and your account and device controls. You may contact us regarding support information you provided or to exercise privacy rights available under applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The game does not request real names or contact details from players, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child sent us personal information through support correspondence, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Information Security
We aim to limit the information used to what the game's functions require. However, no storage or transmission method provides absolute security. Please do not include sensitive information or passwords in your nickname or support messages.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when app features or data-handling practices change. We will publish the revised policy with an updated date and provide additional notice where necessary.
